We participate in most medical insurance plans including Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, Medicare, Independent Health, Community Blue (Choice Blue), Community Blue Advantage, Univera Healthcare, Choice Care, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicaid, North Americare, North American Preferred and Nova Healthcare. We are also adding new plans as they become available.
However, not every physician participates in all of these plans. Please inquire directly with our staff about which physician may participate in your particular plan.
Our billing staff is available to assist patients with billing inquiries or problems by calling, 716-692-2160 x 318, 314, 316, 319; Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 pm.
Services provided by the billing staff include: electronic and paper claims submitted and coordination of benefits with multiple insurance companies. In an effort to provide the best possible service, we continue to update our computer system to meet insurance billing requirements.
However, due to insurance carrier specialization with employers, we advise our patients to contact their individual member services when a procedure is being ordered or a referral is indicated, so that proper authorization is obtained.
Since our office cannot be responsible for knowledge of all insurance carriers, we ask our patients to take the ultimate responsibility for preauthorization requirements.
